If you don't you're going to have a heck of a time siphoning.  I would recommend adding the hops AFTER primary fermentation is done.  You can add it to your primary fermenter if you want after the main fermenation is done, or you can rack off to a secondary and add then. So I should toss em in there and then let them sit in primary for 1 or 2 weeks then straight to bottling?
