In this video I walk everyone through how to brew 3 gallon All grain batches of beer. It's really simple and easy. Check it out. And don't forget, Ben's Homebrew is now selling 3 gallon all grain equipment kits and ingredient kits! http://www.benshomebrew.com/product-p/eq3gallonallgrain.htm
Interesting. Given that a 5 gallon batch and a 3 gallon batch involves roughly the same work, why would one want a smaller batch? I have constantly heard of brewers wanting a larger batch since the workload does not increase accordingly.
Making a smaller than usual batch is refreshing though.

I was wondering what size steamer you used?
It's 10 inches. Are you looking at trying out some 3 gallon batches? If so, I have 25 ingredient kits available to choose from!
what size pot are you using for your stove top?
I'm using a 4 gallon pot.
