How to Brew a Batch of Home Brewed Beer Part 1

In the first part of this video series I walk everyone through the start ups of brewing a batch of beer. I explain what specialty malts do, why I steep them in 1/2 gallon of water; why I add dry malt to cold water and why I exclusively used the Late Addition Extract Method when brewing extract beers. Check it out, I think you'll like it. At the bottom of the video will be the recipe. And Simcoe hops are now available at Ben's Homebrew.
