Nice job on the videos. I'm curious about the yeast. With a dry yeast like that, how long does that typically take before you start getting a vigorous fermentation going? Have you ever used a yeast starter with your beer?
Dry yeast works really well. When I use the Fermentis products I usually see activity in 6 hours or so. And I have used yeast starters before. I'll be working on a video about how to make a yeast starter. Keep checking in for that one! And thanks for the compliments.
