The other day while I was brewing some awesome chocolate porter, I poured up a nice pint of beer. This is the beer that I made in the Brewery Pics blog. It turned out fantastic and I'm surprised it actually is as dark as it is. But it's a beautiful beer and it tastes delicious. Summit hops are great bittering hops. Gives it a nice bitterness without it having a bite. And look at the head retention! Look at it! Man, that stuff just laces up the entire glass as you drink it. Yummy! This is what happens when you home brew, you get giddy and drink and brew and have fun and enjoy and share and love it all! Cheers to home brewing!
